Basic Needs requests have never been higher. United Way of Bay County’s Call Center saw a 211% increase in request for food assistance last year and we anticipate the needs to grow. When filing your 2009 Michigan State Taxes don’t forget to check off for the United Way Fund to easily donate to your local United Way. Funds will go to the United Way in the county you live and be used for basic needs like food, clothing and shelter.

Advocate.

United Way is your best advocate for change. Our organization is run by knowledgeable staff and volunteers and has successfully completed United Way World Wide’s 2010 membership requirements.
